Whippoorwill Farm is an 80 acre farm nestled in the Appalachian foothills in Tryon’s wine and horse country. The farm provides the seclusion of a mountain getaway with pastoral elegance. It is conveniently located next to highways and centrally located within an hour drive of Charlotte, Spartanburg, Greenville and Asheville. The 2,600 sq ft rustic barn was constructed in 2017 from hardwoods harvested from the farm. The barn provides a stunning surrounds for large or small gatherings with three bathrooms, a full kitchen, a serving bar and showers. The barn opens up to a two acre pond and gazebo tucked away in the farm’s valley. The spacious and charming Georgian style farmhouse can host large groups with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a full kitchen and three living areas.

The farm is the perfect setting for corporate events, social gatherings, wedding receptions, ceremonies, and rehearsal dinners. Guests are welcome to use their own vendors to provide catering or equipment rental for use at Whippoorwill Farm. There is ample parking at the barn and plenty of overflow parking throughout the farm. Prices include use of tables and chairs.
